Why is my statement showing an extra fee? |
| |
If you have received an extra fee on your membership, it is likely that this is an International Transaction Fee due to cross-border transactions worldwide. Please note that we do not receive any portion of the International Transaction Fee charged by your provider. |

How soon does membership take effect? |
| |
Memberships are usually activated as soon as payment is received. Sometimes, this may also be dependent on the mode of payment but it is usually processed in a day. If the appropriate amount of time has passed and your membership is not updated, please contact us at admin@wiglingtonandwenks.com. We will assist you as soon as possible. |

My membership payment is not being reflected. Why? |

If a payment has been made while you are in the game, please log off and log back in again. If the status is not reflected, it is likely that the payment is still being processed and we request for your patience. If the appropriate amount of time has passed and your membership is still not being reflected, please contact us at admin@wiglingtonandwenks.com. We will assist you as soon as possible. |

Can I transfer my membership to a different account? |

Sorry, all memberships are non-transferable. |

How do I renew my membership? |
| |
Monthly memberships are automatically renewed every month. Any other packages have to be renewed. If you currently already have an active monthly recurring membership, you will not be able to renew your membership as there isn’t a need to. |

How do I change my method of payment? |
| |
To change your monthly membership fees, simply cancel your current one and purchase a new membership using your new information. |

How do I cancel my membership? |
| |
To cancel your membership, simply click on the “Cancel” link that is found on your Paypal subscription recurring payment details under your personal Paypal account. |

What happens to my character’s inventory and money if my membership is cancelled or expires? |
| |
In such an event, your character will not lose any items or the money you have acquired so far. However, you will not enjoy the privileges a Member gets to enjoy anymore. |
